Dark blood plum in colour with great depth. On the nose, there are aromas of dark fruits with nice toasty oak. The Parson’s Cabernet Sauvignon is is full bodied and opens up beautifully to a compote of fresh blackberries and black currents, complimented with soft tannins and oak in the back ground. The wine lingers on the palate with a clean finish.
