This Adelaide Hills sauvignon blanc is bright and fresh, with predominant passionfruit and citrus aromas. Flavours of lime and grapefruit with a touch of melon make this a perfect spring or summer’s day wine. The mouthfeel is textural with a touch of complexity provided by a small barrel ferment component. This is a terrifically versatile wine which pairs with a wide range of foods.
