Shipping & Returns
Customer satisfaction and service integrity are our priority. We aim to provide the best service and quality products to our customers. We will exchange goods that are unopened and undamaged once a request has been received and approved by management.
Requesting Exchange/Return at Delivery
Please inspect your order immediately once you receive it. If there should be any quality problem, you can request an exchange/return using email or Wechat. Take a photo of the product and forward it onto us as soon as you can so we can verify the product and its condition.
Exchange/Return within 24 Hours
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products delivered, please contact our customer service within 24 hours after you sign the purchase order form. Take a photo of the product and forward the photo onto us as soon as you can so we can verify the product and its condition. We will discuss with you any concerns and make arrangements to overcome the problem.
We do not accept exchange and return of the following items:
- the products purchased from sellers other than Lani Wines
- the products have been opened, except if there is a quality issue;
- any product missing its original packing
- quality issues caused by improper handling and storage;
- products have been directly returned to Lani Wines without written confirmation
- request for exchange/return is greater than 24 hours after delivery has been signed off
We endeavour to ensure the goods shipped from Lani Wines packed to a high standard so they arrive at your house or office in perfect condition. If, however, there is a breakage in the box, please take a photo(s) of the product (including the damaged packaging) and send us an email or Wechat. We will endeavour to replace it within 48 hours once we have contacted the delivery company and verified the damaged product.
We should be able to get your order to your door within 72 hours. It depends on when you order your wines and when we actually receive notification from our system. We will let you know via email when your order has been dispatched.

We will do our best to keep your delivery charges to a minimum however packaging required for delivery (cardboard, polystyrene, bubble wrap) may add to the weight of your order and delivery cost.
Special Offers on Shipping
We can offer a discount on delivery based on the following sales value. We can only offer the most economical delivery service if you would like to take advantage of our shipping discount.
Hangzhou: orders over RMB 250 receive a 50% discount off the quoted shipping price below; orders over RMB 600 receive free shipping.
Rest of Zhejiang, Nanjing, Suzhou and Shanghai: orders over RMB 250 will receive a 25% discount off the quoted shopping price above; orders over RMB 600 will receive a 50% discount off the quoted freight; orders over RMB 1000 will receive free shipping.
Other cities: orders over RMB 600 will receive 50% off the quoted shipping price above; orders over RMB 1000 will receive free shipping.
If the town or city you are in is not listed in the table above, we can calculate the estimated shipping for you and let you know within 24 hours.
We will only use reputable delivery companies such as SF, ZTO or Deppon to ship your order.
Insurance can also be arranged at a small additional charge.
